Home-Based Counseling

Counseling services in the comfort of your own home or a designated location. This service typically involves a combination of individual and family therapy, and may include crisis support and care coordination if needed. We will work with you to develop a plan to meet your needs.

Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS)

Support and assistance to adults with serious mental health challenges to develop skills in self-care, social connection, safety, self-advocacy, and symptom-reduction. Participants work with their service provider to create and carry out an individualized service plan. Goals may include self-regulation, improved health and safety, increased independence, healthy habits, positive behavioral change, development of social supports, and active community participation and contribution.

Intensive In-Home Services (IIH)

A comprehensive service for children and adolescents with serious behavioral and mental health challenges, combining individual and family counseling, coordination of care, and 24-hour crisis support.

Flexible Services

Individualized services plans to meet specific needs, including:

Therapeutic Mentoring

Therapeutic mentors serve as role models and champions for children and youth, providing emotional support and advocacy for their clients. Mentors use positive reinforcement, encouragement, guidance, and modeling of desired behaviors to promote self-esteem and self-efficacy. They work with the individual and family to identify goals and strategies that will support gradually reducing purchased services, helping to build and solidify relationships with family, friends, and other supportive people. Goals may include employability, job search, and job retention skills, social skills, independent living skills such as cooking and budgeting, using community resources, and building a support network. Mentors collaborate and participate in meetings with other service providers, and can provide direct support during court appearances, school meetings, and other appointments. Services may be provided in the community, home, school or other location, according to the service plan.

Supervised Visitation Services

Supervision during parent-child visits by a provider with experience in children’s mental health or educational services. May be provided in the home or other specified location.

Fee Schedule

  • Payment in full is expected at the time of service.
  • We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Outpatient Services

  • We accept Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Anthem Employee Assistance Programs.
  • Not all therapists accept insurance, but they can provide a receipt for out-of network reimbursement.
  • If you wish for us to bill your insurance provider, or if you plan to file for out-of-network reimbursement, please let us know when you make your first appointment.
  • Sessions are 45-60 minutes in length. Extended sessions may be arranged with a fee of 95.00/hour, and are not covered by insurance.

Individual Therapy – $95.00 / Session

*Resident / Supervisee – $75.00 / Session

Couples Counseling – $95.00 / Session

*Resident / Supervisee – $75.00 / Session

Family Therapy – $95.00 / Session

*Resident / Supervisee – $75.00 / Session
 

Community-Based Services

  • Private insurance rarely provides reimbursement for community-based services.
  • Self-pay services require a credit card billing authorization on file.
  • Sessions are generally two hours or more in length, billed in 15 minute increments, and paid weekly or according to payment agreement.

Parent Coaching – $75.00 / Hour

Mental Health Skill-Building Services – $93.00 / Unit

  • Medicaid accepted.
  • Service units are 1-2.99 hours, billed in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.

Intensive In-Home Services – $60.00 / Hour

  • Medicaid/FAMIS accepted.

Flexible Services – $65.00 / Hour

Therapeutic Mentoring – $50.00 / Hour

Supervised Visitation Services – $50.00 / Hour

  • Additional fees may apply for court reports, short visits, or other specific requests.

*Residents/Supervisees have a Master’s degree or higher in clinical social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy, are registered with the Board of Health Professions to practice under clinical supervision, and are working towards licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.
